About the Role We’re looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team and help clients successfully design, implement, and optimize their HR systems. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into smart solutions, and guide them through every step — from planning and setup to training and go-live. If you enjoy solving problems, working with people, and seeing real results from your work, this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing Meet with clients to understand their business goals and define project scope. Work closely with people at all levels of a client’s organization. Present solutions clearly through meetings, reports, and presentations. Support business development activities and build strong client relationships. Translate business needs into software, system, and functional requirements. Provide independent, relevant, and practical advice on using SAP SuccessFactors effectively. Design and develop client solutions, and lead new system implementations. Train and educate users on the correct use of system functionality. Prepare documentation, training materials, and lead user acceptance testing. Design, configure, test, and monitor new system setups. Track progress and present regular updates to clients and internal teams. Identify training needs and organize sessions for users and team members. Manage multiple projects and deliver results on time. Assist with pre-sales work such as RFP responses, presentations, demos, and client discussions. Think creatively to solve problems and support your team. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central Certification. Strong skills in problem-solving, both strategic and functional. A strong customer focus and commitment to client success. Proven leadership skills and the ability to get results through teamwork. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Commitment to company values, project timelines, and successful delivery.
