Job Description Role Overview Senior Manager – Planning & Analysis – responsible for providing decision‑making support to IG Wealth in financial analysis, forecasting, and annual plan development. Provides analytical oversight and expertise to business units across the organization, leveraging strong accounting and analytical skills. Responsibilities Develop operational and income forecasts and presentation materials for senior management. Consult with management across multiple business units to evaluate financial analysis requirements. Deliver insights, recommendations, and presentations to key stakeholders. Develop strategic business cases, conduct internal and industry analysis to support business decisions and initiatives. Manage projects and coordinate cross‑functional activities. Develop analytical staff within the function and across business units. Apply financial techniques using spreadsheets and database technologies. Requirements 7+ years experience providing financial analysis in a business environment. Business degree, diploma, or finance‑focused designation (e.g., Commerce, Business Administration, CFA, or CPA). High proficiency in PC applications, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database technologies. Excellent knowledge of accounting, statistics and corporate finance, with proven analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines. Strong project management and implementation skills. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver executive presentations.
