As a Regional Sales Manager for HMTX Industries in Toronto, Canada , you'll be a pivotal link between our customer's external sales teams and the end-user. You'll cultivate and strengthen these vital relationships, empowering our partners with the product knowledge and sales tools they need to confidently and effectively sell our innovative flooring products. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact, cultivating and nurturing strong, trusted relationships with regional sales leaders and their associates. Deliver comprehensive product training, equipping sales teams with in-depth knowledge and unwavering confidence to present and sell our products effectively. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, actively participating in joint sales calls with our customers and their end-users, adding significant value and expertise to every interaction. Consistently expand your product and industry knowledge, ensuring you remain an invaluable resource and thought leader for our customers. Provide top-tier customer service, proactively addressing inquiries and resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism. Diligently follow up on leads and opportunities, taking proactive steps to support and accelerate our customers' sales efforts. Consistently achieve all sales goals established by management, contributing directly to our collective success. Qualifications A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing challenges and consistently delivering results. Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable sales and/or account management experience, with a track record of success. Flooring industry experience is strongly preferred, as it will allow you to hit the ground running. Exceptional listening, written, and oral communication skills, including the ability to confidently present to all levels of management. The knack for educating customers and facilitating the closing of warm leads. High energy, excellent time management skills, and strong interpersonal skills that foster genuine connections. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a valuable part of a cohesive team. Essential Skills & Education Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is essential for effective communication and organization. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Work Environment Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Flexibility is required for occasional evening meetings, conference calls, or additional work outside of core hours due to the global nature of the role. Work Environment: Remote work position with frequent travel required to engage with our customers and drive sales. Physical Demands: Primarily sedentary work with repetitive hand and wrist motions. Must be able to lift, pull, or maneuver up to 25 lbs. Lifting boxes of flooring and demonstrating installation may be required on occasion. The salary range for this role is CAD115 K to CAD125 K a year with yearly bonus potential. Pay within the range is based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, seniority, location, and business needs. Seniority level: Mid-Senior level. Employment type: Full-time.
