Planificateur production/Planificatrice production

Elle est aujourd'hui à la recherche d’un(e) planificateur(trice) de production pour renforcer son équipe sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal.
Les responsabilités :
-Travailler au laboratoire ainsi qu’en collaboration avec les départements d’approvisionnement, achats, production.
- Assister aux réunions de production pour recueillir les informations techniques essentielles sur chaque commande.
-Faire l’évaluation des heures estimés pour chaque nouvelle commande et répartir les heures disponibles dans l’horaire de production.
- Panification mensuelle, hebdomadaire et journalière.
- Faire la mise en œuvre des BPF.
-Travailler en étroite collaboration pour garantir la disponibilité du matériel nécessaire à chaque commande.
- Proposer des solutions optimales en cas d’impossibilité de respecter les délais de production.
-Analyser et apporter les modifications nécessaires à la planification, en communiquant efficacement avec les parties prenantes concernées.
Les qualifications requises :
- Diplôme en gestion de production, logistique ou autre domaine pertinent.
- Expérience de 3 ans dans un environnement de production.
- Niveau intermédiaire en Excel et Outlook ; connaissance de Odoo (un atout).
- Excellente organisation, minutie et diplomatie.

The company is currently seeking a Production Planner to join its team on Montreal’s South Shore.
Responsibilities:
-Work in the lab and collaborate closely with the supply chain, purchasing, and production departments.
-Attend production meetings to gather essential technical information on each order.
-Evaluate estimated hours for each new order and allocate available hours in the production schedule.
-Conduct monthly, weekly, and daily production planning.
-Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
-Collaborate closely to ensure the necessary materials are available for each order.
-Provide optimal solutions when production timelines cannot be met.
-Analyze and make necessary adjustments to planning, effectively communicating with relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
-Degree in production management, logistics, or a relevant field.
-3 years of experience in a production environment.
-Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Odoo (an asset).
-Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and diplomacy.
