Science Teacher (Biology) / Enseignant-e de SVT ) Location : Toronto, ON — Full-time. Toronto campus - 318 Lawrence Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario, M4N 1T7 Language of Instruction : French Position Type : Full time Responsibilities Create a supportive learning environment to help students meet their learning goals. Understand the various needs of all different student groups. Use appropriate study materials and resources that enhance active learning and motivate students. Oversee student progress by tracking assignments and providing useful feedback. Plan course material and activities. Build trusting relationships with students, parents, and other staff. Qualifications Excellent French and English skills (oral and written). Certified teacher (OCT or equivalent) with a degree in education (B.Ed. or M.Ed.). Ability to teach in French (native language) and English conversation (Level B2). Good knowledge of the French curriculum. Experience as a Science (biology) teacher. Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) and Ontario programs an asset. Teacher certification by the French Ministry of Education an asset. What We Offer Competitive compensation.
