About The Job Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. Headquartered in San Francisco, our investors include Benchmark , General Catalyst , Peter Thiel , Adam D'Angelo , Larry Summers , and Jack Dorsey . Position Sales Manager – Independent contractor. Remote. 3–4 weeks. 30–40 hours per week. Compensation $80–$120 per hour, paid weekly via Stripe Connect. Role Responsibilities Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain. Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research. Diagnose and solve real issues in your domain to advance machine learning systems. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to cutting-edge AI research. Collaborate with AI labs to support research and infrastructure development. Qualifications 4+ years of professional experience in your respective field. Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
