Your Role: The Assistant Vice President (AVP), Product Management role offers an opportunity to drive innovation and product development while serving as a crucial bridge between stakeholders, development teams, and product strategy. This role combines technical acumen with strong product management methodologies, requiring exceptional analytical capabilities and outstanding stakeholder management skills. The core objectives of this role are to support product strategy execution, lead agile development processes, and ensure effective communication between all parties involved in product development. You will play a vital role in translating high-level product vision into actionable development tasks while maintaining strong relationships across global teams. You will be an Individual Contributor, working closely with Product Managers and development teams to drive product initiatives from conception to delivery. Your role involves breaking down complex requirements into clear user stories, managing product backlogs, and ensuring smooth delivery through agile methodologies. You will create and maintain high-quality documentation and presentations for stakeholders while facilitating effective communication between product, development, and business teams. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across global locations, lead sprint planning and execution, and ensure product delivery aligns with organizational standards and success metrics. Your technical understanding will be crucial in bridging communication gaps and driving efficient product development cycles.
