Responsabilités principales :


  • Création de User Flows pour la navigation de sites web et de dashboards complexes : Concevoir des parcours spécifiques pour naviguer efficacement à travers des sites web et des dashboards complexes et riches en fonctionnalités, en s'assurant que les utilisateurs peuvent facilement accéder aux informations et outils dont ils ont besoin.


  • Sélection et hiérarchie des informations : Organiser et prioriser les informations affichées pour éviter la surcharge cognitive. Cela implique de choisir les données les plus pertinentes pour les utilisateurs et de les présenter de manière claire et ordonnée. Filtrer et éliminer les fonctionnalités et données aberrantes des interfaces, la simplicité visuelle est priorisée.


  • Création de Layout Wireframe : Esquisser les structures de base des pages ou des écrans. Les wireframes servent de guide pour le développement ultérieur des pages avec les designers Ui.


  • Création de Sitemap : Concevoir des sitemaps complets, qui reflètent la structure organisationnelle du site afin de montrer comment l'information est liée à celui-ci.


  • Entrevue utilisateurs et définition des besoins réels : Mener des entretiens en français et en anglais pour recueillir des "insights" sur les besoins et les comportements des utilisateurs afin d’analyser les informations recueillies, de structurer l’information et de la présenter au Product Owner.


  • UI - Maitrise de Figma pour le design d'interface et le prototypage : Utiliser Figma pour créer des designs d'interface visuellement attrayants et des prototypes interactifs. Le designer doit être capable de convertir les wireframes et les user flows en designs hi-fi fonctionnels.


Qualifications :

  • 3+ ans d'expérience pertinente en design UX.
  • Maîtrise de Figma indispensable.
  • Compréhension approfondie des principes de design centré sur l'utilisateur.
  • Compétences en idéation et Design Thinking.
  • Excellentes compétences en prototypage utilisant diverses techniques (par exemple, esquisses, wireframes, vidéos, prototypes interactifs figma).
  • Attention méticuleuse aux détails, organisation, logique et compétences analytiques.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et français.
  • Doit être basé à Montréal ou dans les environs.
  • Doit pouvoir travailler en Français.
