The recruiting landscape for cybersecurity is constantly changing. We are looking for an experienced and passionate technical recruiter who has the proven ability and strategies to find, engage and attract top talent. This position is 100% remote.

Reporting to the Head of HR & Payroll, the Technical Recruiter is accountable to conduct full-cycle recruitment across multiple business lines and countries; build and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and candidates, and deliver a seamless experience candidate experience.


What You’ll Do

● Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various technical roles across Canada, US, & UK

● Source, screen, and provide shortlist of qualified candidates

● Build strong pipeline of candidates using all recruiting sources and networks to proactively identify and attract the best talent

● Establish meaningful relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to gain a thorough understanding of the skills and requirements needed for each position and develop a recruitment strategy

● Facilitate candidate assessments, schedule phone screens and interviews, and provide timely feedback to all parties

● Identify and build knowledge base of market insights and practices

● Prepare, extend and negotiate offers within appropriate compensation guidelines

● Create and maintain job descriptions

● Continuously strengthen the recruiting process and improve the candidate experience

● Attend industry events to stay updated on recruiting trends and advances, as well as network with thought leaders and other professionals in the recruiting field


What You'll Need

● 2+ years' experience with full-cycle recruitment

● 2-3 years' demonstrated success in recruiting technical candidates

● 2+ years’ experience using HRIS, ATS and other HR related software

● Experience in recruiting for cybersecurity roles such as forensics, incident and post-breach response, risk management, security ops, etc. an asset

● Undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources or a combination of education and experience an asset

● Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation considered an asset

● Ability to negotiate & close

● Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

● Advanced organizational and time management skills

● Advanced proficiency with systems and software including Google Suite, Slack, ATS (BambooHR)

● Advanced verbal and written communication skills

● Committed to providing a positive candidate experience

● Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
