Ability to work effectively in a changing, collaborative cross‑functional team environment, and to influence stakeholders to prioritize and accelerate action. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to audiences of all levels. As a Data Transformation Lead, you will be a technical specialist ensuring the ongoing operational excellence of Google’s ads measurement and data solutions for advertising clients. You will work in close partnership with a broader team of Data, Measurement and Analytics Specialists, and also collaborate to define and accelerate a strategic approach to driving business growth for the advertiser and Google, through innovation and adoption of marketing technology and data solutions. You will act as a technical individual, with an understanding of Google’s advertising, data application, and measurement solutions, who thrives on problem‑solving and ensuring the stability of complex systems. Google’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. Responsibilities Ensure the ongoing health and smooth operation of clients technical integrations with Google's advertising and measurement products. Proactively monitor systems and performance. Support the team in designing and executing a technical roadmap to drive business growth, including project discovery and ownership, managing implementation projects to ensure efficient and quality delivery, while accounting for risks and product complexities. Act as a primary point of contact to contextualize points of concern and evaluate issue severity. Work with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues, bugs, and data discrepancies to ensure operational continuity for our clients. Provide clear and timely updates to clients technical and marketing stakeholders on project progress, issue resolution status, and the performance of their technical setup.
