bMarketing Automation Managerb Join Benevity to drive data‑driven growth across B2B buyer journeys. You’ll own marketing automation strategy to generate pipeline and nurture relationships. Responsibilities Own and optimize HubSpot to deliver qualified leads and lifecycle marketing across global B2B audiences. Build, test, scale multi‑stage nurture campaigns for awareness, consideration, and decision stages. Develop lead attribution models and lifecycle stages to align marketing and sales. Create segmentation and contact enrichment strategies for personalized messaging across industries, personas, and company sizes. Partner with Revenue Operations to maintain data integrity, system alignment, and lead routing between HubSpot and Salesforce. Implement and maintain system integrations with key tools in our MarTech stack (Salesforce, HockeyStack, ZoomInfo, LeanData, 6Sense, Goldcast, etc.). Monitor program performance and provide actionable insights to optimize conversion and velocity. Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Demand Generation to develop dynamic, personalized content journeys that improve engagement and ROI. Implement automation best practices to keep systems scalable, compliant, and effective for global programs. Qualifications 5+ years managing HubSpot in a B2B SaaS environment. Proven track record of building lifecycle automations that drive lead‑to‑opportunity conversion and accelerate pipeline. Experience integrating marketing automation with CRMs (preferably Salesforce) and other SaaS tools. Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making. Deep understanding of B2B SaaS funnels, lead management, and buyer journey mapping. Experience managing data quality, governance, and segmentation to enable precision targeting. Excellent project management and communication skills — managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously. Curiosity and growth mindset — staying on top of MarTech trends and seeking optimization opportunities. Nice to Have Experience with ABM tools (e.g., 6sense). Familiarity with conversion tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Bizible, Looker, etc.). Experience supporting international marketing programs or multi‑language automation workflows. Understanding of data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, etc.) and reporting automation. Benefits & Culture Benevity is a global B Corp committed to purpose and impact.
