Role Overview: As a UX/UI Designer, you'll work in an iterative, agile environment , collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and other designers. Your focus will be on UI design , refining and adjusting interfaces progressively based on feedback and evolving requirements. You'll help shape a broker-first digital experience that complements an existing consumer-facing product. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can translate complex user needs into intuitive, elegant interfaces.
