Reporting to the Chief People and Transformation Officer, you’ll champion a people‑first vision — one that blends curiosity, care, and bold thinking — to shape the future of work at Compass Group. Now, if you were to come on board as the Senior Director, Talent Excellence , we’d ask you to do the following for us: Craft and execute a cohesive Talent Strategy that aligns with business goals and culture. Partner with senior leaders to anticipate capability needs and build organizational readiness. Lead a high‑performing team of talent acquisition (hourly and salaried), learning, and development professionals. Integrate data and technology to drive intelligent talent insights and measurable impact. Serve as a trusted advisor and storyteller — influencing leaders to think differently about people, potential, and growth. Inspire innovation in how we recruit, develop, and retain the best talent in the industry. Model transparent, accountable leadership – building trust through authenticity. A storyteller and influencer who can inspire change and drive alignment at all levels. 10+ years of progressive HR/talent experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
