Job Description We are currently seeking a SAP MM Lead to join our team in Remote, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA). Job Title: SAP MM Lead Location: Canada Experience Required: 10+ Years in SAP MM Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP MM implementations, upgrades, and support engagements. Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions. Configure SAP MM modules including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation, and Invoice Verification. Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, logistics, and finance to optimize supply chain processes. Manage integration points with other SAP modules (SD, WM, FI, etc.). Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure documentation of functional specifications, test cases, and training materials. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 10 years of SAP MM experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations. Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor management. Proficiency in SAP MM configuration and customization. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable. Exposure to SAP SRM platform and knowledge of SRM migrations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead teams and manage client expectations effectively. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; SAP certification is a plus. Preferred Attributes Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
