We are seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer to join our IT team, reporting to the IT Application Manager. The role involves designing, developing, deploying, and supporting new and existing applications. The ideal candidate will work on production support, small enhancements, and development projects, contributing to both front-end and back-end development efforts. Key Responsibilities Participate in code reviews and ensure alignment with architectural specifications. Identify and troubleshoot application code-related issues. Prepare unit and integration test plans and perform testing in collaboration with clients and IT personnel. Adhere to coding standards and contribute to the technical code base and documentation. Review and provide feedback on final user documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, testers, product owners, designers, operations, and customer support teams. Partner with QA, DB, BA/PO, and other dependent teams. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in .NET/C# and Microsoft technology stack. Experience with relational database management systems, preferably SQL Server. Experience working on high-volume, large-scale applications. Proficiency in ETL processes and tools such as SSIS, AWS Glue, or Informatica. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience working in a production support (Run) environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience in production support environments. Hands-on coding experience in .NET. Experience with legacy application modernization.
