About the Job Responsibilities Identify and validate supplier market issues and customer pain points by collecting stakeholder input, conducting market research, customer interviews, focus groups, analyzing user data, and using other methodologies. Understand the competitive landscape and solutions to differentiate the product offering. Maintain a deep understanding of the customer base and market segmentation as well as user personas to align the product offer with the go-to-market strategy. Write business cases and define success criteria and KPIs for proposed product enhancements and features. Prioritize projects based on business goals, ROI, market demand, customer insights, and other factors. Establish and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with product strategy and vision. Work with key stakeholders to define requirements, design, and features of products to be developed. Plan and coordinate with the product marketing team for launches and releases by clearly defining positioning and value to customers. Track and analyze success KPIs for all delivered products and features and derive potential improvements for future enhancements. Support the customer success team for product inquiries, training, and communication around the product roadmap and vision. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to explain benefits of proposed products, obtain buy-in, and inform them of key milestones and deliverables. Work closely with product owners and tech leads in defining and prioritizing the product backlog. Work closely with UX designers to ensure a delightful user experience. Explain market problems, proposed solutions, and business context to empower the development team. Identify and track customer usage and behavior regarding key functionalities and product performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher; an asset. A minimum of 5 years in Product Management in the software technology industry. Proven track record in identifying and analyzing market problems and customer needs and translating those needs into digital products. Experience with customer interviews, testing, and understanding business processes and objectives. Experience with messaging and evangelism with customers. Experience leveraging data and market research to identify issues and opportunities and make data‑driven decisions. Experience in User Experience (UX) Project Management and Agile methodology (SCRUM); an eye for design. Familiarity with AI capabilities and experience with AI‑powered solutions; an asset. Experience with Pragmatic Framework; an asset. Experience with data analysis; an asset. Additional Assets that Would Make You Stand Out Inquisitive, analytical personality, innovative, open‑minded, and a question‑asker. A natural leader who can motivate a team based on passion for the customer. Knowledge of procurement processes, preferably within the public or semi‑public sector; an asset. Fluency in spoken and written English. Multi‑tasker, highly flexible for shifting priorities, and able to work on multiple projects in parallel; a start‑up mindset is beneficial.
