Join EY and help to build a better working world. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Lead – Manager to join our HR Technology practice. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with deep technical expertise in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition solutions. You will lead engagements that transform how organizations attract, engage, and hire talent through SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and related modules. As a Recruiting Lead, you will guide clients through their talent acquisition technology journey, ensuring seamless integration of recruiting processes with broader HR strategies. Your ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage complex implementations, and deliver measurable business outcomes will be critical to success. Your Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Strategy Act as a trusted advisor to Talent Acquisition and HR leaders, shaping recruiting transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Facilitate client workshops to translate hiring strategies into SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions. Advise on best practices for candidate experience, recruiter workflows, and compliance within global recruiting environments. Implementation and Integration Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module implementations, including Recruiting Marketing (RMK) and Recruiting Management (RCM). Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of recruiting workflows, job requisition templates, candidate pipelines, and offer management. Ensure seamless integration with Employee Central, Onboarding, and third-party systems such as background checks and job boards. Solution Ownership & Innovation Maintain ownership of solution integrity across recruiting processes, data strategy, and reporting. Introduce innovations from the SAP ecosystem to enhance candidate experience and recruiter efficiency. Drive continuous improvement in recruiting analytics, dashboards, and compliance reporting. Program Delivery & Governance Manage large-scale, multi-country recruiting implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and local compliance requirements. Coordinate across cross-functional teams (HR, IT, vendors) to deliver integrated recruiting solutions. Establish governance frameworks for recruiting processes and system design. People Leadership Lead and mentor delivery teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across onshore/offshore models. Build internal capability by coaching team members on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting best practices and emerging trends. Change Enablement & Adoption Partner with change management teams to drive adoption of new recruiting technologies. Conduct design-thinking sessions to create recruiter and candidate experiences that are intuitive and engaging. Skills and Attributes for Success Strong understanding of global recruiting processes and compliance requirements. Deep technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules (RCM, RMK) and integration with Onboarding and Employee Central. Experience in leading complex, multi-country recruiting technology programs. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity. To Qualify for the Role You Must Have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in HR technology consulting, with at least 5 years focused on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. Proven track record of leading end-to-end recruiting technology transformations. Strong executive presence and facilitation skills. Experience managing cross-functional teams in global program environments. Ideally, You’ll Also Have SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) certifications. Experience with integrations to job boards, background check providers, and onboarding platforms. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Employee Central.
