Avanciers is hiring a Maximo Consultant in Toronto, ON for one of our Fortune 500 clients. This is a full‑time role with the client; benefits will be covered by the client. Location: Toronto, ON Duration: Full Time Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Avanciers Inc. by 2x Responsibilities Instrumental in understanding the requirements and design of Maximo 7.6, 8.1 and 9.0 and able to develop and demonstrate Minimum 8‑10 years of experience in Maximo design and development Analyse client requirements and convert requirements to feasible design Develop Maximo 7.6, 8.1 and 9.0 solutions by studying information needs, studying systems flow, data usage and work processes Participate in business discussions and get an agreement or closure on the design documents Investigate problem areas and provide a design for those Maximo/MAS administration and MAS upgrade experience (good to have) Good understanding of integrations Develop Maximo solutions and ensure optimal software/modular development Provide solutions for Maximo including customization, integration and reporting; work on Maximo mobile and provide fixes for enhancements or patching Plan and estimate for the development stories based on design Modify code to fix errors, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces Plan and execute system patching of existing instances and installations Ensure code is error‑free or has no bugs and passes test failure checks Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities and status Ensure all codes are raised as per the norm defined for projects/programs/accounts with clear description and replication patterns Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate documentation and reports as requested Provide status reporting and customer focus on an ongoing basis with respect to project and its execution; 3 days a week minimum onsite work Take feedback on a regular basis to ensure smooth and on‑time delivery Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code Ensure good quality of interaction with customers (email content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette, etc.) Respond promptly to customer requests and avoid complaints internally or externally Qualifications Ability to work independently and provide solutions for Maximo including customization, integration and reporting Good experience with Maximo mobile and enhancement or patching Ability to plan and estimate development stories based on design Experience in configuring, developing and demonstrating Maximo solutions (7.6/8.1/9.0) Strong understanding of Maximo/MAS administration and upgrades Experience with Maximo integrations Excellent documentation and reporting skills Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
