QA Technician Afternoon Shift

We’re hiring a QA Technician (Afternoon Shift) to support our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure our products meet the highest standards. From internal testing to process verification and documentation, you’ll be at the heart of our quality control efforts. What You’ll Be Doing: Conduct internal QC testing using lab equipment and tools Support in-process inspections and quality checks Verify and document plant processes and equipment Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving initiatives Prepare reports, SOPs, work instructions, and batch records What Makes You a Great Fit: You’re detail-obsessed and thrive in fast-paced environments You bring a hands-on, proactive attitude to your work You communicate clearly and confidently You enjoy working in cross-functional teams and learning new things Lab experience and knowledge of lab protocols are a big plus Your Work Environment: 100% production room-based Standing, bending, and lifting (up to 40 lbs) may be required Exposure to allergens, vapors, and dust What You’ll Need: High school diploma (post-secondary in a related field preferred) 2+ years in QA/QC roles Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP preferred) Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why You’ll Love This Role: $24/hr starting wage 18-month full-time contract Afternoon Shift (3:30pm - 12:00am) Mon - Fri No weekends Excellent potential to transition into a permanent role This is your chance to be part of a team that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement .
