Base pay range CA$65,000.00/yr - CA$65,000.00/yr Location: Toronto, Canada – 12‑month hybrid contract (3 days onsite). The role focuses on customer success and adoption of LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator platform. As an Adoption Specialist, you will play a key role in onboarding customers, delivering training, and driving product adoption to ensure successful renewals and growth. You’ll work closely with enterprise and strategic sales teams, supporting customer‑facing initiatives and building strong relationships to maximize engagement. Must‑Have Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to meet KPIs and performance targets Self‑starter with a problem‑solving mindset 1–2 years in business development or full‑cycle sales Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Proficiency with CRM or other sales technology tools Project management and stakeholder management skills Experience in customer success or SaaS adoption roles Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
