About the Role GenAI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. If you join the platform as an AI Tutor in Coding, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate on these projects. Typical responsibilities include: Generate prompts that challenge AI. Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI’s answers. Correct the model’s responses based on domain‑specific knowledge. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related fields. At least 3 years of professional experience with excellent command of Ruby and key ecosystem tools (RSpec, Bundler). Advanced English proficiency (C1) or above. Confident use of Git and standard Linux CLI tools. Hands‑on experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). Deep understanding of testing principles and test‑driven development (TDD); strong skills in debugging, profiling, and code optimization. Desirable Contributions to open‑source Ruby projects (pull requests, code reviews, issue tracking). Experience with large monorepositories or major open‑source projects. Experience with automated benchmarking, scripting, or infrastructure‑as‑code tools. Experience with AI‑generated code or code evaluation projects. Soft Skills Analytical and detail‑oriented mindset. Concise, structured communication. Strong ownership and ability to drive tasks end‑to‑end. Adaptability and resilience in fast‑changing requirements. Team player who thrives in code reviews and knowledge sharing. Ready to learn new methods and switch between tasks quickly. Benefits Pay rate up to $38/hour depending on skills and project needs.
