As a valuable member of our team, you will play a vital role in building relationships and contributing to a sales cycle that holds great significance for our seniors and community. Your responsibilities will revolve around effectively managing the sales process, with a primary focus on surpassing occupancy and revenue targets. You will prospect and conduct community outreach, collaborate with local businesses, engage in referral partnerships, tour potential prospects, move them through the sales process, and participate in and host various events. You should have a comprehensive understanding of our senior living levels (IL, ISL, MC, AL) and of your market area. Customer and relationship building focused sales experience. Experience in developing and executing strategic sales action plans. Experience with common business applications, including a CRM system. Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local community. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Event management experience is an asset.
