Le Rôle En tant que Finance Business Partner, vous serez responsable de la supervision de toutes les opérations financières, y compris la budgétisation, la prévision, la planification financière et l'analyse des sociétés de votre groupe. Vous jouerez également un rôle clé dans l'intégration financière des entreprises nouvellement acquises. Vous ferez partie d'un portefeuille avec une équipe de Finance Business Partners, chacun ayant son propre groupe. Vous serez rattaché(e) au Financial Controller – Portfolio. Ce portefeuille a une présence mondiale. RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES Responsable des fonctions financières et des opérations comptables quotidiennes : Gérer les comptes fournisseurs, les comptes clients et les activités du grand livre pour garantir des transactions et enregistrements financiers précis et en temps voulu. Collaborer avec l'équipe Finance du Portefeuille : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Financial Controller pour recruter, former et développer l'équipe comptable, en veillant à maintenir des normes élevées en gestion financière. Préparer et présenter les états financiers : Générer des rapports financiers mensuels, analyser les données et fournir des analyses financières ponctuelles pour soutenir la prise de décision. Élaborer des budgets et des prévisions : En collaboration avec le Directeur Général du groupe, élaborer et maintenir les budgets et prévisions financiers, fournir des informations pertinentes et garantir leur alignement avec les objectifs de l’entreprise. Suivre la trésorerie disponible (Free Cash Flow) : Gérer la trésorerie afin d’assurer la liquidité, optimiser le cycle de trésorerie et améliorer la trésorerie disponible. Améliorer les processus financiers : En collaboration avec le Financial Controller – Portfolio, réaliser des évaluations, identifier les écarts et opportunités d’automatisation, formuler des recommandations et participer à la mise en œuvre de changements pour améliorer les systèmes et processus financiers. Soutenir les améliorations opérationnelles : Collaborer avec les Directeurs Généraux pour évaluer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations opérationnelles. Assurer la conformité fiscale : Participer aux revues d’optimisation fiscale ; gérer les processus de déclaration fiscale, les audits et garantir la conformité aux réglementations comptables et fiscales en vigueur. Maintenir les contrôles financiers : Mettre en œuvre et maintenir des contrôles financiers internes qui soutiennent notre croissance. Soutien à l’intégration Intégration financière : Participer aux activités d’intégration financière, y compris la mise en place d’un ERP, le mapping des comptes et le déploiement des exigences de reporting et des normes de gouvernance. Suivi du succès de l’intégration : Déployer le calendrier de reporting mensuel, examiner les livrables pour garantir l’intégrité, la qualité et l’exactitude des données. Gestion des risques financiers de transition Lors de l’acquisition : Identifier les écarts entre les politiques comptables de l’entreprise acquise et celles de Valsoft ; avec le Financial Controller – Portfolio, corriger les écarts et mettre en œuvre les processus de reporting futurs. Soutien post‑acquisition : Soutenir l’élaboration des prévisions détaillées de la première année en partenariat avec l’entreprise acquise. Comptabilité d’acquisition : Participer à la préparation des allocations du prix d’achat et assurer l’exhaustivité et l’exactitude de la comptabilité du bilan d’ouverture. QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES / MINIMALES Qualifications : Comptable agréé (CPA) avec un solide historique de résultats probants. Expérience : Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire et avoir géré au moins une intégration ERP. Connaissances : Solide connaissance des réglementations et normes financières, excellente maîtrise d’Excel. Compétences : Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de réflexion stratégique et de résolution de problèmes. Capacité avérée à gérer et développer des équipes performantes. Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles. Maîtrise technique : Maîtrise des logiciels et outils financiers, y compris les systèmes ERP. Connaissance avancée de MS Excel. Langue : Maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Environnement : Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et rapide, avec de multiples priorités. POSITION DESCRIPTION As a Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis of the Companies within your group. You will also play a key role in the financial integration of newly acquired businesses. You will be part of a portfolio with a team of Finance Business Partners each with their own group. You will be reporting to the Finance Controller – Portfolio. This portfolio has a global presence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for Financial Functions and Daily Accounting Operations: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and records Collaborate the Portfolio Finance Team: Work closely with the Financial Controller to recruit, train, and develop the accounting team, ensuring high standards in financial management Prepare and Present Financial Statements: Generate monthly financial reports, analyse data and provide ad hoc financial insights to support informed decision‑making Prepare and Analyze Financial Statements: Generate financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to ensure accurate financial reporting Maintain and Reconcile General Ledger Accounts: Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable Processes: Overse the processing of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections Develop Budgets and Forecasts: In collaboration with the group’s Managing Director, develop and maintain financial budgets and forecasts, providing insights and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives Monitor Free Cash Flow : Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity, optimize the cash cycle, and enhance free cash‑flow Improve Financial Processes: In collaboration with the Financial Controller – Portfolio, conduct assessments, identify gaps and opportunities for automation, make recommendations and assist in implementing changes to improve financial systems and processes Support Operational Improvements : Collaborate with Managing Directors to assess and implement operational improvements Ensure Tax Compliance: Assist in tax optimization reviews; manage tax filing processes, handle audits and ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations Maintain Financial Controls: Implement and uphold internal financial controls that secure our growth Integration support Financial Integration: Assist in financial integration activities, including ERP system implementation, account mapping, and rollout of reporting requirements and governance standards Monitor Integration Success: Deploy the monthly reporting cadence, reviewing deliverables for data integrity, quality, and accuracy Manage transition financial risk At Acquisition: Identify discrepancies between acquired company accounting policies and Valsoft corporate policies, with the Finance Controller – Portfolio remediate discrepancies and implement go‑forward reporting processes Post‑Acquisition Support: Support the forecasting of the first‑year bottoms‑up forecast in partnership with the acquired business Acquisition Accounting: Assist in preparing the purchase price allocations and ensure completeness and accuracy of opening balance sheet accounting REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A qualified financial accountant (CPA) with a solid track record of results driven accomplishments 3+ years of experience in a similar role and having managed at a minimum one ERP integration Knowledge strong of financial regulations and standards and advanced knowledge of Excel Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Proven ability to manage and develop high‑performing teams Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems.
