Base pay range CA$125.00/hr - CA$175.00/hr We are seeking an experienced Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Program Manager to lead the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow GRC and IRM solutions across the organization. This role will be responsible for aligning technology, policy, and process to strengthen our enterprise security posture and compliance framework. You will work cross‑functionally with business, IT, audit, and security teams to manage end‑to‑end program delivery—ensuring our GRC/IRM initiatives are scalable, compliant, and deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Strategy Define and manage the overall roadmap for ServiceNow GRC and IRM capabilities (Policy, Risk, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management). Lead the program governance, ensuring alignment between business, compliance, and IT stakeholders. Develop and execute a multi‑phase delivery plan, including scoping, budgeting, and resource management. Partner with executives to define key KPIs and success metrics for risk and compliance automation. Project & Stakeholder Management Manage multiple concurrent workstreams (ServiceNow, Cybersecurity, Risk, and Compliance). Collaborate with internal teams, system integrators, and vendors to deliver high‑quality, on‑time program outcomes. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular program updates and reporting. Technical & Process Oversight Oversee configuration and implementation of ServiceNow GRC modules, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR, etc.). Drive integration efforts with security tools (Splunk, Qualys, Archer, etc.) and corporate systems. Ensure consistent documentation of risk controls, workflows, and compliance processes. Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement. Risk & Compliance Management Manage enterprise risk assessment programs and ensure alignment with company risk appetite. Monitor and report compliance posture and audit readiness across multiple domains. Support internal and external audits through automated evidence collection and reporting.
