Summary of Position As an Electrical Engineering Project Manager in our Energy/EPC business unit, you will lead and coordinate projects in the electric‑vehicle charging space from initiation through completion. You will manage project plans, schedules, and resources to ensure objectives are met within scope, time, and budget. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitate communication across the design team, and maintain documentation and compliance throughout the project life cycle. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans and schedules using project‑management software such as Monday.com. Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks. Manage project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests, to keep all stakeholders informed. Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders to resolve issues and align expectations. Oversee project administration tasks to ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices. Track project progress and performance metrics, identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track. Lead project development efforts by collaborating with technical teams to meet project deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred). Experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project‑management software. Knowledge of project life‑cycle phases and documentation standards. Knowledge of electric‑vehicle charging projects. Team This role will report to the Director of Electrical Engineering and work closely with a team of designers and engineers.
