The Home Care Manager's primary goals are to achieve consistent, sustainable, and significant growth. They support a team working to maintain a steady stream of new clients and caregivers. Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with referral sources.
- Prioritize a strategic approach to client assessments & reassessments.
- Oversee incident and significant change reports.
- Regular participation in local community events.
- Maximize fulfillment of hours.
- Prioritize maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Fostering a “we say yes” attitude around intake.
- Ensuring there is enough caregiver availability to maintain growth.
- Enhancing employee satisfaction by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Managing Budget Responsibilities for your area of responsibility.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years proven experience in leading successful teams.
- Proven Track Record of contributing to organizational growth & expansion.
- Strong understanding of the aging process and the needs of older adults.
- Proficient in written and spoken French and English.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in the home care sector, is an asset.
- Must live within the Greater Moncton area.
