Key Details Work Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Hours: 37.5 hours per week Line Of Business: Finance Pay Details: $76,800 – $115,200 CAD Job Overview The Senior Analyst will oversee OSFI Capital reporting processes, support and guide capital reporting analysts, and manage relationships with business stakeholders on capital initiatives, such as implementation of new products into the OSFI capital calculations. The role involves providing meaningful reporting and analysis to influence business behavior, strategic decision‑making, and optimal balance sheet usage. Responsibilities Collaborate with line‑of‑business teams, technology partners, and stakeholders to ensure OSFI regulatory rules are well understood/interpreted and calculation assumptions accurately capture business rationale. Support the development and implementation of new financial models, capital treatment methodologies, frameworks, and paradigms to support ongoing business unit reporting and analysis functions. Act as subject‑matter expert and provide guidance and recommendations to business on capital‑related matters. Support the execution and onboarding of new products in the TD capital calculation process to ensure compliance with existing rules and integration into capital calculation processes. Provide accurate and thorough capital impact analysis on new capital initiatives; interpret findings, identify issues, and propose possible solutions. Support testing and updates to the Basel Reporting Services & RWA Calculator and upstream data pipeline. Work closely with and manage relationships with stakeholders from Treasury & Balance Sheet Management, Finance Shared Services, Technology, Accounting, Front Office, and Audit. Additional Information Sound understanding of wholesale banking products, including derivative instruments, and a strong grasp of quantitative data analysis. Independent thinker with strong critical‑thinking skills and the ability to solve complex issues. Self‑starter, willing to take initiatives for continuous learning and development. Strong working knowledge of Excel and Access; experience in analyzing large data sets using SQL/Access. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Specific Educational Requirements / Accreditations CFA, CPA, or FRM designation preferred. Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
