This person is also accountable for the overall operation of the store as well as motivating and maintaining staff relations. Duties Include (but Are Not Limited To) Demonstrating COWS World Class Service Greeting and serving customers Being competent in all aspects of work done by sales people, scoopers, supervisors and assistant managers Completing payroll summaries Being aware and having a working understanding of company policies Being involved in the hiring process Carrying out employee and store evaluations Motivating employees Holding regular staff meetings Addressing employee and customer concerns Planning and conducting training sessions with assistant managers and supervisors Being responsible for ensuring the preparation and submission of financial reports on a timely basis Scheduling Ensuring bank deposits are completed and confirmed with a receipt from the bank Qualifications Energetic by customer interaction Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to build a positive relationship with customers and staff Competitive spirit and desire to sell Efficient and creative problem solving skills Proven leadership and organizational skills Ability to read and comprehend financial statements Strong delegation skills Sense of humor and upbeat personality Basic knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous sales or management experience is an asset Team oriented personality Ability to work under pressure Physical Requirements Repetitive tasks, especially in the wrists Bending, lifting up to 30 lbs.
