Responsibilities Lead multiple large‑scale infrastructure and EPC projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are consistently achieved. Oversee project budgets, contracts, schedules, and deliverables to drive operational excellence. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and project teams across all project phases, from planning through to completion, with a strong focus on collaboration and accountability. Provide technical and operational leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of ownership, communication, and continuous improvement. Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to maintain alignment and communication throughout project lifecycles. Contribute to strategic project planning and process improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance. Take initiative in mentoring and guiding junior team members – someone the team can look up to as a trusted leader and role model. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards. Provide technical and operational insights to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction. Support and reinforce a strong, positive, and high‑energy team culture built around accountability, respect, and performance. Qualifications PMP certification is required. Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, energy, utilities, infrastructure (preferably multi‑million dollar projects). Strong knowledge of contracts, budgets, and project controls. Proficiency with project management tools/platforms (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera, Bluebeam). Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and drive results across a lean, efficient team. Hands‑on approach to management – willing to “get in the weeds” when needed. Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills. Willingness to travel as required.
