Sales Executive

Responsibilities Develop new customer accounts and growing clientele base Manage, service, and develop existing clients through customer visits and sales presentation Analyze and forecast market trends, benchmarking against competitors Supervise and manage budgets and resources to meet organizational goals and business objectives Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and personal involvement in customer relationships to remain consistent with business principles Coordinate with the customer marketing/promotion initiatives Manage and assist in the operation of events held Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, presentations, etc. Competencies and Skills 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with creativity, initiative, negotiation, good management, and problem-solving skills Pleasant personality, energetic, dynamic, independent, and self-motivated Strong project management and coordination Flexible working time (Must come to the company during the probation period for learning purposes. Flexible working time shall be applied after the probation period, so it depends on you if you may or may not come to the office. Personnel evaluation depends on KPI) Owned car is not required Simple Writing English & Mathematics Test is Conducted to a candidate At least "O" Level 5 days per week schedule from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM on weekdays (Work from home will be offered after the probationary period) Salary and Benefits Salary of $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month You will receive additional rewards on bonus time when your sales performance is excellent Progressive career development opportunities with promotions and increments based on your growth and development Senior Sales Executive will be offered depending on the applicant's experience related to the food industry Sales Executive can avail of any subsidized device of up to SGD2,500.00 from the company under the ‘Bring Your Own Device’ program Benefits & Others: Improved employee benefits e.g. Paid Annual, Birthday, Medical, Hospitalization Leaves Medical and Dental reimbursements Yearly Bonus Hand Phone Allowance Market Research Allowance Transportation Allowance Business Casual Attire #J-18808-Ljbffr
