Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized individual with strong communication skills to work with cross‑functional creative teams and help execute several large, complex projects through the complete project management lifecycle. This candidate will use their talents to participate and collaborate with a motivated, cross‑disciplined team to deliver innovative creations on time to market. The ideal candidate embraces change, understands how to apply flexible project management frameworks to meet the needs of the team, and is an active coach at all levels. Responsibilities Work with fellow project managers across various platforms to develop best practices, facilitate broad initiatives, and support business goals. Facilitate and support development teams to deliver high‑quality foundation features on time, through planning and coordinating all aspects of foundation projects from planning to completion. Lead development teams through project status, technical design reviews, escalations, budgets, accountability, tasks, timelines, etc. Report current project status, escalations, and budgets for all assigned projects to senior management. Review product roadmaps, direction, requirements, prioritization and project status with the product teams to establish a clear, strategic direction. Review development plans, processes and tool improvement with the Intelligen and IntelligenEVO Quality team. Interface with multiple resources such as PMO for R&D based projects. Work closely with product management to assess feasibility of product features and provide alternatives when necessary. Motivate team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Proactively assess process improvement options to project and improve project profitability. Communicate, monitor and enforce company guidelines for software development. Encourage the innovation of processes and creative development methodologies by all team members. Actively lead or participate in resolving key issues which may impact the performance of the team. Present creative solutions to internal teams. Participate in the mentoring and career development of all direct reports. Qualifications Must understand development best practices and technology trends to challenge and enhance the development processes, tools, and resources. Demonstrate a collaborative work style. The candidate should be detail‑oriented, a team player with the ability to multitask. Superior writing and communication skills and an ability to work independently. Excellent understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes and tools and a good understanding of resources and project load balancing. Strong understanding of prioritization, stakeholder engagement and escalation protocols. Experience in the gaming industry is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent experience. Preferred Computer Science secondary diploma or higher. 10+ years working in a technology‑based role. 10+ years managing development teams. 5+ years developing solutions as an individual contributor.
