About the Production Team The Production team is the strategic production arm of our client services practice, responsible for leading influencer marketing projects from kickoff to completion with creativity, ingenuity and exceptional project management. The team’s charter is flawless execution and outstanding client service, guiding our clients and influencers through every step of a project with strategic solutions. Responsibilities Project Management Support all aspects of influencer marketing projects for top brands, working closely with Collectively Producers, Sr. Producers, Executive Producers and Directors to ensure projects stay on time, on budget and achieve objectives. Proactively update project status documents, including influencer lists, weekly status agendas, client hubs and payment schedules. Oversee payment schedules and collaboration documentation for specific projects. Prepare collaborator agreements and work with Business Affairs to ensure accurate and timely contracting. Contribute to internal and client calls, including creating agendas, maintaining status sheets, note‑taking and scheduling follow‑up meetings. Prepare draft production deliverables such as timelines, campaign briefs, activation plans, abstract/content reviews and production schedules. Influencer Casting & Management Conduct influencer research and talent list development for campaigns, ensuring adherence to brand criteria and guidelines. Develop campaign invitation emails and sign‑up surveys. Assist the lead Producer in outreach to influencers and agents to secure interest and participation, tracking rates, availability and other details during recruitment. Write persuasive rationale for talent selection, highlighting fit and strengths for specific project goals. Build client‑facing presentations that showcase influencer talent for Collectively campaigns. Program Tracking & Reporting Set up campaign tracking using third‑party software, ensuring thorough and accurate information. Review collaborator content to ensure compliance with Collectively and client requirements, providing guidance on revisions when necessary. Collect and manage image, text and video assets. Track and log all content, including blog posts, social media updates and other media assets. Identify potential issues, such as incomplete posts or requirement failures, and proactively resolve them as needed. Requirements Must be located in Canada, preferably in the Ontario area. At least 1‑2 years of related experience in marketing, advertising, social media or similar; internship experience considered. Strong organization skills with attention to detail and excellent follow‑through. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—internally and externally. Ability to work efficiently across a variety of tasks and manage time appropriately for projects. Adaptability and a desire to thrive in an evolving industry. Collaborative working style with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for great work. Proficiency in English; French language proficiency is a plus. Deliverables and assignments meet expectations and are produced on time. Exhibits a proactive, collaborative approach to any project challenges or delays. Projects a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor both within the organization and to clients and collaborators.
