Join us and be part of something bigger. Main purpose of the role & responsibilities The Talent Acquisition team at Kainos is responsible for end-to-end delivery aligned to BU hiring demands. Based in locations across UK & Ireland, Europe and North America, the team focuses on direct sourcing channels to create a best-in-class candidate experience, in the most cost-effective way. As a Talent Acquisition Lead (Consultant), you will work closely with team members to lead the attraction and acquisition of high-caliber talent, providing best-in-class candidate experience and acting as a brand ambassador for recruitment at Kainos internally and externally. Delivering against recruitment delivery plans – implement the recruitment delivery plan aligned to commercial priorities and workforce plans for BU globally. Oversee short, medium and long-term delivery demands across locations and work with BU stakeholders to execute hiring strategies for Permanent and Contract roles. Managing costs – ensure delivery is on time and cost-effective. Manage supplier usage to optimise direct sourcing channels and minimise external agency costs. Maintain supplier relationships and drive cost savings where possible. Reporting, MI and analytics – use MI and reporting to enable data-driven discussions with stakeholders; ensure recruitment processes meet SLAs and escalations around scheduling are visible to avoid impact on time to hire. Driving brand awareness strategies to impact talent pipeline – plan brand awareness strategies to leverage Talent Attraction, ensure talent pooling and candidate engagement/CRM are consistently used; act as a brand ambassador and role model for Kainos recruitment. Driving continuous improvement – lead operational efficiency and improve end-to-end processes; engage in Continuous Improvement projects across the firm as a Recruitment SME. Mentoring and coaching – as a Lead, mentor recruitment team and Talent Acquisition Coordinators, supporting career development and ensuring the right skills mix; act as a trusted strategic advisor for Talent Acquisition to your aligned capabilities. Minimum (essential) requirements Educated to degree level Experience in a lead recruitment role, either from an in-house Talent Acquisition team or a technical lead recruiter within an agency Exceptional organisational and communication skills with the ability to communicate and present effectively to stakeholders at different levels Confident using MI to drive data-driven commercial discussions with stakeholders and setting KPIs to drive productivity and high performance Capable of leading recruitment for senior roles and defining sourcing strategies accordingly Proactive team player with strong customer service and problem-solving skills Appetite for recognising continuous improvement opportunities in end-to-end processes to benefit operational efficiency and best practice Experience supporting the delivery of a Talent Acquisition strategy in a fast-paced environment Commercial acumen and knowledge of market trends and talent sourcing strategies Advanced knowledge of recruitment tooling systems and ATS, such as LinkedIn, search techniques, and MS Office Ability to work independently and within a team, including working in a multi-disciplinary function Demonstrated ability in managing, mentoring and coaching members of your team and wider community Desirable Previous experience within a Global organisation Experience recruiting across multiple geographies with understanding of sourcing strategies required Embracing our differences At Kainos, we believe in the power of diversity, equity and inclusion.
