Our client is a leading non-profit organization looking to hire Digital campaign & Reporting Specialist for a full-term permanent opportunity.


Your new role


  • Act as first point-of-contact for digital consultations.
  • Support digital campaign activities through the entire project cycle: strategy, planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Support overall delivery of all digital activities within your portfolio: including project timelines, schedules, reports, coordination with external and internal teams, etc.
  • Develop reports and provide data-driven recommendations to inform future strategies and plans.
  • Optimize websites for search engines (SEO)
  • Create and edit web content.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients.
  • Work closely with content specialists and the Digital team to create and implement campaign content.
  • Ensure visual identity and web development standards are respected in all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best-practices.
  • Actively contribute to our culture of justice, belonging, equity, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring that all staff feel represented and heard regardless of their gender, age, religion, ethnicity, and nationality or race.
  • Code, design, A/B test, and deploy email marketing campaigns.
  • Other projects/duties as assigned.


What you'll need to succeed


  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in digital marketing or digital fundraising.
  • University Degree BA or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated expertise with: website CMS, e-mail marketing, social media, search engine optimization, html, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to lead client / project meetings.
  • Strong relationship-management skills and comfort communicating with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Close attention to detail; the ability to prioritize, and excellent time management skills to deliver high quality work for multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with online data collection, analysis, and report development.
  • Intermediate level or better in HTML5 and CSS.
  • Knowledge of javascript an asset
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker Studio and Tag Manager.
  • Proficiency with search engine optimization techniques and strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop.
  • Bilingualism (English & French).

  • Vous êtes le premier point de contact pour les consultations numériques.
  • Soutenir les activités de campagne numérique tout au long du cycle du projet : stratégie, planification, exécution et analyse.

Ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir


  • Au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du marketing numérique ou de la collecte de fonds numérique.
  • Diplôme universitaire (BA) ou équivalent.
  • Expertise démontrée dans les domaines suivants : CMS de sites web, marketing par e-mail, médias sociaux, optimisation des moteurs de recherche, html et Google Analytics.
  • Solides compétences en matière de présentation et capacité à diriger des réunions avec des clients ou des projets.
  • Solides compétences en gestion des relations et aisance à communiquer avec les parties prenantes à différents niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Souci du détail, capacité à établir des priorités et excellente gestion du temps pour fournir un travail de grande qualité dans le cadre de plusieurs projets, tout en respectant des délais serrés.
  • Compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, y compris expérience de la collecte de données en ligne, de l'analyse et de l'élaboration de rapports.
  • Niveau intermédiaire ou supérieur en HTML5 et CSS.
  • La connaissance du javascript est un atout.
  • Connaissance de Google Analytics, Looker Studio et Tag Manager.
