Impact You’ll Make Manager, Retail Marketing & Operations plays a critical role in executing seamless, high-impact in-store marketing programs that bring the Joe Fresh brand to life across retail locations. This role combines hands‑on retail marketing execution with cross‑functional collaboration across the grocery enterprise to deliver consistent, effective, and engaging store experiences. The Manager oversees day‑to‑day execution of the Brands Program and supports the Senior Manager in coordinating vendor marketing initiatives to bring programs to life in‑store. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment, has a strong eye for detail and creative quality, and collaborates effectively across teams and partners to drive business results. What You’ll Do In‑Store Marketing Act as an advocate for the in‑store experience, ensuring marketing initiatives enhance the customer journey and align with brand standards. Execute seasonal, promotional, and clearance marketing programs across retail locations with excellence in quality, timing, and delivery. Partner cross‑functionally with Visual, Operations, Category, and Grocery teams to ensure priorities are effectively translated into the store environment. Support the execution of in‑store activations and events that drive engagement, awareness, and conversion, including standalone store environments. Maintain in‑store marketing best practices, including signage standards and execution guidelines. Enterprise & Retail Integration Serve as a liaison between Joe Fresh Marketing and grocery enterprise teams to ensure strong integration and flawless program delivery. Collaborate cross‑functionally to align business, category, and marketing objectives, supporting the translation of enterprise programs into the store environment. Support process improvements that strengthen cross‑functional collaboration and drive operational efficiency. Brands Program Leadership Lead day‑to‑day planning and execution of the Brands Program with key external partners. Manage creative briefs, asset coordination, and in‑store delivery to ensure on‑brand execution. Track and report on brand campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Vendor Marketing Support Support the Senior Manager in coordinating vendor marketing initiatives, ensuring creative assets, signage, and in‑store materials are delivered accurately and on time. Partner with production vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing materials in‑store. Marketing Operations & Process Management Oversee day‑to‑day marketing operations workflows and asset tracking. Support production processes to ensure materials are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain documentation and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement. People Leadership Manage and mentor a Specialist, Retail & Marketing Operations, providing guidance, prioritization, and development support. Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture focused on excellence in execution and continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring 4–6 years of experience in retail marketing, in‑store marketing, or brand partnerships. Strong understanding of retail marketing execution and customer engagement in physical environments. Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working cross‑functionally with merchandising, operations, and creative teams. Exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through. Strong communication and relationship management skills, both internally and externally. Preferred Skills Familiarity with retail signage production, print processes, and in‑store activations. Cross‑functional collaboration and enterprise integration experience. Creative problem‑solving and operational efficiency in a fast‑paced retail environment. Proven experience managing or supporting brand or partnership programs.
