Role Description

Losani Homes seeks a dedicated Information Technology Infrastructure Manager to join our Stoney Creek team. This is a full-time on-site role where you will oversee IT operations, ensure network security, manage system administration, and troubleshoot to maintain a smooth and efficient technology infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Manage network layers, VLANs, and infrastructure tools such as VMware vSphere, Cisco Nexus, UCS blades, and NetApp storage.
  • Lead and mentor the IT support team, including overseeing the IT Helpdesk.
  • Ensure IT systems comply with all relevant regulations and manage security protocols.
  • Develop and submit the IT infrastructure budget and forecast resources for IT projects.
  • Oversee Windows and Linux environments, DNS, DHCP, AD, ADFS with O365, and MS Exchange Server.
  • Manage Veeam Backup and ensure robust data backup and recovery processes.
  • Manage MS Teams with Operator Connect for communication.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in Information Technology, IT Operations, and System Administration.
  • Knowledge of network security and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) are advantageous.
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus.
