Organization Interface Manager, Airport

Overview Organization Interface Manager, Airport (Maintenance) role at AECOM. This position is based on-site in Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world. Major Responsibilities Offers specialized project management expertise to facilitate the coordination of organizational interfaces and requirements. Collaborates with various airport departments to manage the impact of the Program while effectively meeting departmental demands. Engages with internal and external stakeholders to ensure necessary consultations and approvals are aligned. Works closely with the broader program team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals as needed. Delivers updates and reports to communicate interface risks and opportunities effectively. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: University Degree + 10 years of relevant experience in project / program management, including on large airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs. Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered. Preferred Requirements: Relevant professional designations are considered an asset. Typically requires at least 10 years of professional experience in project or program management. A minimum of 5 years of experience working on large airport projects or similar infrastructure programs. Proven expertise in project management and/or relevant technical disciplines for delivering complex projects. Strong track record of leading teams to successfully execute complex infrastructure projects and programs. Extensive technical proficiency across all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance, preferably within large aviation programs or projects. Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing reports to support effective decision-making. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with diverse groups.
