What You’ll Do Analyze organizational data and workflows to identify opportunities for AI‑driven solutions and process improvements. Develop, implement, and maintain AI models and algorithms to support programs, operations, and decision‑making. Collaborate with staff, stakeholders, and technical teams to understand needs and integrate AI tools effectively. Monitor and evaluate AI system performance, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and ethical compliance. Prepare reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate AI insights and recommendations. Stay current with AI technologies, trends, and best practices to apply innovative solutions within the organization. Provide guidance and training to staff on AI applications, data interpretation, and system use. Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and ethical standards in the use of AI and data analytics.
