You’ll lead a high-performing team delivering efficient, accurate, and consistent branch support during an exciting period of growth and transformation. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of 10+ administrators, driving engagement, performance, and professional growth. Streamline and standardize branch administrative processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality. Oversee invoicing accuracy, collections support, and data integrity across Salesforce, Oracle, and internal systems. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Operations, and Sales to align priorities and improve workflows. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and audit requirements. Monitor labor hours, overtime, and workforce data, providing insights for operational improvement. Resolve escalated administrative or billing issues to maintain strong customer satisfaction. Report on key metrics (A/R, labor tracking, process efficiency) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Represent the administrative function in branch and regional meetings. Ideal Profile Experienced people leader skilled in process optimization and change management. 3+ years of previous Administrative/Finance Management experience of teams of 8+ people. Strong collaborator with a passion for developing teams and delivering operational excellence.
