Base pay range CA$80.00/hr - CA$140.00/hr One of our clients, a global IT services and consulting firm and Workday partner, is currently looking for a Workday Compensation Consultant to hire on a contract basis. You will be working to support Workday customers to implement or optimize their Workday Core Compensation / Advanced Compensation solutions including: stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, design and documentation, configuration, and testing etc. This is a long term 1-2 year contract averaging 40 hours a week and starting ASAP. It is a remote engagement so candidates can be based anywhere in North America. Workday certifications are strongly preferred. The right candidate should bring strong hands‑on Workday configuration skills across Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation, as well as solid communication and client facing experience. Experience leading on at least 2 Workday implementations and/or supporting 3+ clients in AMS model is also required.
