As a Senior HRBP Manager, Engineering, you will act as a strategic partner to senior engineering leaders, driving talent initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience. You will design and implement programs that support workforce planning, organizational design, and culture development, while aligning HR strategy with business objectives. In this role, you will provide data-driven insights to inform decision‑making, coach executives, and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver high‑impact solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep knowledge of engineering teams and modern operating models to shape outcomes that foster engagement, performance, and growth. The position requires a proactive approach to solving complex challenges, balancing analytics with human insight, and promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration. Success in this role will directly influence the performance and development of engineering teams across the organization. Accountabilities Act as a strategic HR partner to engineering leadership, driving talent strategies that align with organizational goals Develop and implement workforce planning, organizational design, and culture initiatives that support business objectives Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform leadership decisions and improve team performance Deliver executive coaching and guidance to senior leaders, fostering strong relationships and influence Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment of functional talent strategies with broader programs Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness Support a high‑performance engineering environment by promoting best practices, values, and ways of working Requirements 10+ years of HRBP experience, including at least 4 years partnering with engineering or product management teams Deep understanding of engineering organizational structures, roles, operating models, and trends Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, high‑ROI people programs that drive business impact Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data and insights to influence decision‑making Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship‑building abilities Comfortable working in dynamic, fast‑paced environments and adapting to evolving priorities Experience with organizational effectiveness consulting or HCM strategy is a plus Benefits Competitive base salary with performance‑based incentives Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage Flexible remote work options across Canada (Ontario, BC, Alberta) Generous paid time off, parental leave, and wellness programs Opportunities for professional development, career growth, and skill‑building Travel opportunities (10%) to connect in‑person with colleagues and teams Salary: CA$93,000.00 – CA$137,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
