Job Overview We are seeking a full‑time Architectural Designer to join our architectural team working on major projects from our Toronto office. The successful candidate will have graduated with high standing from an accredited architectural school in Canada, the US, or internationally. Responsibilities Preparing and developing drawings, models, images, and other documents relating to the design Producing architectural designs or collaborating with other designers to develop designs using relevant architectural software including Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (Grasshopper, MicroStation and/or AutoCAD are a bonus) Project and team administration duties Actively participating in the team studio culture Visualization and rendering skills using Enscape, Lumion, 3D Studio Max and/or other relevant software Producing project‑related correspondence and reports Working directly with architectural colleagues and other specialists Co‑ordinating work with other teams Qualifications Have 2+ years of experience in Architectural Design Completed a professional degree programme in architecture (i.e., M.Arch. or B.Arch.) with high standing from an accredited school of architecture Working towards professional licensure as an Architect with a Canadian or US architectural association (i.e., OAA, OAQ) Must submit a portfolio to be considered for this position Be responsible for high‑quality work Proactively engage with the project and respond to project work Actively listen and communicate with colleagues Demonstrate an appetite for self‑development and learning Be enthusiastic and collaborative Have a high level of self‑motivation, initiative, and curiosity Be receptive to and encouraging of change Actively contribute to a team‑oriented environment Have a track record of strong design skills and creativity Have excellent graphic (including hand sketching), written, and verbal communication skills Benefits and Compensation Toronto hiring range: $77,000 to $82,000 per year (this range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level; benefits are not included in the base salary).
