Employer Industry: Internet of Things (IoT) and Connected Operations Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $202,400 CAD Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a rapidly expanding organization Flexible working model with options for remote work Work on innovative AI-driven safety products that have a real-world impact on various industries Supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on employee development Competitive total compensation package including base salary, bonuses, and restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Define and lead the product roadmap for core components of the perception stack deployed on millions of vehicles Develop AI/ML models to understand driver behavior and implement interventions to reduce crash risks Collaborate with engineering teams to conceptualize and launch new safety products Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and inform product development Champion and embody the employer’s cultural principles as the company scales globally What is Required (Qualifications): 7+ years in a product management and/or product-oriented engineering role Proven track record of delivering results for both 0-to-1 and at-scale products Demonstrated experience working with AI/ML/CV technologies Strong technical background with the ability to establish credibility with engineering teams Experience balancing priorities across complex business goals and engineering teams How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Deep experience creating and growing products leveraging video data Familiarity with development and deployment of AI/ML models, including training and evaluation pipelines Understanding of foundation models, model quantization, and distillation Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or vertically integrated hardware and software products Familiarity with B2B SaaS products and collaboration with B2B sales teams We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
