We are looking for a Senior Project Management Specialist for our client who meets the following criteria: Language: English Security Clearance: Enhanced Reliability Location of Work: Hybrid, required 12 days on-site per month in Bank of Canada Head Office in Ottawa Mandatory Requirements The bidder must have a University degree or college diploma in information technology, project management, business administration or a related field The bidder must have a minimum of ten (10) years of recent demonstrated experience in the field of IT infrastructure and network security The bidder must have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Management Specialist in overseeing medium-to-large infrastructure modernization projects in a complex environment The bidder must have a strongly demonstrated business acumen, including the ability to identify and communicate value and translate business needs into project objectives The bidder must have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences The bidder must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and judgments, especially in identifying and mitigating infrastructure risks The bidder must demonstrate experience leading multiple initiatives concurrently and effectively managing interdependencies The bidder must demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve objectives The bidder must demonstrate experience managing infrastructure lifecycle programs, including hardware evergreening, and integration of cloud-native technologies across hybrid environments The bidder must have experience leading enterprise-scale network security projects, including firewall architecture modernization, cloud-based segmentation, and Zero Trust implementations The bidder must have knowledge of the Bank’s functions and core business processes The bidder must have PMP and SCRUM Master Certification If interested, please reach out to Dio at #J-18808-Ljbffr
