Volunteer Role As a volunteer, you will: Collaborate with the Human Rights and Gender Industrial committees to develop and implement a training action plan focused on Human Rights for the executives, staff, and employees of ANDI member organizations. Assist in the facilitation of training sessions and the preparation of relevant materials. Aid in promoting and sharing the initiatives undertaken by the Industrial Human Rights Committee and its member companies. Support additional HR initiatives carried out by ANDI and Cuso International. Qualifications A university degree in social science, international development, or a related field, along with equivalent experience. Knowledge of issues related to Human Rights. Hands‑on research experience involving various stakeholders, including CSOs, MSMEs, NGOs, and local and national government entities. Comprehension of inclusive and participatory approaches, employing gender‑sensitive methods among diverse stakeholders. Experience in the private sector with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within multicultural and interdisciplinary teams.
