The Opportunity As a key member of the executive leadership team, as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy that supports the Port’s ambitious growth, transformation, and sustainability agenda. The Role Reporting to the President and CEO, you will oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, asset management, risk management, and capital planning. You will lead a high‑performing finance team and serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role requiring both strategic vision and tactical execution. You will engage directly in financial modeling, scenario planning, and deal structuring, while also representing the Port in high‑stakes negotiations with government agencies, development banks, and international investors. Ideal Candidate Profile As the ideal candidate, you are a strategic and entrepreneurial financial executive with a proven track record of structuring and closing complex, multi‑partner deals. You bring deep expertise in financial strategy and business development, ideally within industrial, infrastructure, energy, or transportation sectors. Experience in banking, infrastructure, or other complex business environments is highly valued. A graduate degree or professional designation in business or finance is preferred, though not required for candidates with equivalent experience and a demonstrated track record of strategic leadership and financial acumen.
