Could It Be You? The Change and Transformation Specialist will be responsible for leading and supporting change initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on minimizing employee resistance and maximizing employee engagement, ensuring that changes are implemented smoothly and effectively to achieve desired business outcomes. This role will have a particular focus on helping drive QFG’s AI Transformation. Need more details? Keep reading… Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans, including communication, stakeholder management, training, and resistance management. Conduct change impact assessments and readiness assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats. Collaborate and coordinate with project teams, leadership, and employees to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives. Lead and create change management communication plans and content, partnering with stakeholders across the business to execute. Create and deliver engaging communication materials to inform and educate employees about upcoming changes. Design and facilitate training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge for new processes, systems, or technologies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts, making adjustments as needed. Support the identification and evaluation of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, as well as the design of mitigating solutions. Act as a coach and mentor to leaders and managers on change leadership best practices. Support the development of effective working relationships for projects and identify and respond to stakeholder needs and concerns. Identify and address resistance to change, fostering a positive and adaptive culture. Contribute to the continuous improvement of change management methodologies and tools within the organization. Qualifications Have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Have 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or project management. Have a proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex change initiatives. Have strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci). Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Have the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization, executive level to frontline. Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Have great AI Orientation: already using AI tools, solid understanding of AI opportunities and challenges for organizations to overcome.
