Marketbridge is a growth consulting and marketing services firm that combines management consulting with marketing agency expertise, backed by marketing science and data-driven approaches. Our team of 300 professionals supports clients worldwide across verticals including AWS, AMD, MetLife, Elevance, and CERN. Role SEM Manager responsible for managing and optimizing clients’ paid search campaigns across primary platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Bing, etc.). Manage account performance, budgets, and optimizations to meet KPIs and client objectives. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid search strategies for primarily B2B SaaS clients, aligned with client goals and business objectives. Execute, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms. Conduct keyword research, generate new keywords, analyze search query reports, and add negative keywords. Bid and targeting management and optimization. Develop and refine ad copy and targeting to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI. Take full ownership of paid search accounts, including setup, budgets, and performance tracking. Monitor and report on account performance, adjusting strategies, budgets, and ads based on data insights. Provide timely client communication with regular updates on progress, performance, and optimization efforts. Perform in-depth analyses of campaign performance (CTR, conversion rate, CPC, ROAS) and implement optimizations. Design A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies; create dashboards and reports with actionable insights in collaboration with Data & Analytics. Collaborate with account management and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and landing page optimization. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new features on major paid search platforms. Share best practices and contribute to ongoing team development. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience managing Paid Search (PPC/SEM) campaigns with a proven track record in account management and optimization. Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads; certifications are a plus. Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, or other paid media is a plus. Experience with paid search strategy, budgeting, keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and performance optimization. Proficient in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other reporting tools. Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Experience with tracking, attribution, and conversion reporting; ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage with clients and provide clear insights. Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video) are highly valued; additional certifications are a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
