Junior Project Support Analyst - Job Description On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Junior Project Support Analyst for a role lasting until October 31st, 2024. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. Responsibilities Coordinate team meetings and events Coordinate and participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes Triage service tickets, reporting, and follow-ups Assist the Director with calendar and email management Handle administrative tasks such as access requests, software/hardware purchases, and employee onboarding and offboarding Mandatory Skills 2 years of relevant experience in a high-volume environment providing support and triaging tickets Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with email and calendar management Familiarity with coordinating team meetings and events Experience participating in project meetings and preparing meeting minutes Nice-to-Have Skills > Experience in a banking environment Familiarity with administrative operations in a corporate setting Assignment Length The contract lasts until October 31st, 2024. Start Date ASAP Assignment Location Toronto, ON – Work Hybrid with 2 days onsite per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
