Role Overview This role requires proven experience in HRIS configuration, implementation, and process enhancement, preferably in a professional services environment. The successful candidate will work on configuring Workday modules, collaborating with various teams, and continuously improving HR systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Maintain organizational data in Workday, including departments, locations, and employee data. Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday HCM modules, leveraging community resources for solutions. Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, including PowerBI integrations. Configure and optimize Workday business processes, notifications, and rules. Ensure data integrity and support system upgrades, testing, and documentation. Respond to system issues and identify automation opportunities to improve service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in HRIS management, with at least 2 years in Workday HCM. Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools like PowerBI. Strong understanding of HR functional areas and troubleshooting skills. Self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
